Fall Semester UPDATE
We need your support more now than ever as Ecole Destined For Grace safely opens for the 2022/2023 school year. Our students will be returning to school October 3rd and we are beyond excited. As we continually work to improve our campus, our students have more space to safely learn!
Many of our students rely on Destined For Grace for an education but also for food. We provide a morning snack along with a hot lunch each day. Feeding our students has become and important and necessary aspect of our project. We are happy that the students will be back at school and have all of our resources available to them.
Please donate by clicking on the donate button or by sending a check to Destined for Grace Children’s Relief, P.O. Box 925, Carpinteria, Ca 93014. As always, donations are tax deductible.
Each school day the students at Ecole Destined For Grace receive a hot meal for lunch. Our meal program provides a wide variety of food options for the students including eggs, vegetables, fruits, salmon sauce, potatoes, rice and beans. This program is essential for our students ability to learn in the classroom. For many students it is one of the only meals they can depend on. Our students are more likely to attend class and stay attentive when they have been provided a well-balanced meal. Our teachers have seen what a difference this program has made in the students ability to learn and be engaged in the classroom.
Each month we spend $1,000 on food for our students. If you want to donate to this program please note meal program in your memo line.
We can always use general donations for ongoing programs at our school to provide our students with a well rounded education. If you are unsure of what your donation can provide for, here is a general guideline: $1 – pens/ pencils $10 – one student’s books $35 – desk $125- Student’s tuition

Due to Haiti’s current volatile political situation our ability to get supplies to Haiti is very limited. Purchasing items in Haiti is the safest, most effective way to supply the school. If you would like to contribute to the purchase of school supplies please note so in the memo line of your check or in the notes when donating online.
If you have airline miles (American Airlines) that you know you will not use you can donate them to us. We travel to Haiti at least three times a year and could always put your extra miles to good use. Contact us if this is something you would like to do.
